RV Park Management is Hiring a Housekeeping Team Member Near Gulf Shores, AL

RV Park Management (“RVPM”) is a property management company in the RV park industry. Our goal is to provide outstanding RV park management support and services, assist park proprietors, implement solid solutions for RV park owners. We strive to grow park revenue, while keeping our eye on improving the bottom line. We serve our clients by serving our guests and teammates. We love hiring full-time RVers and offer the opportunity to move and work at different parks in our portfolio!

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable Housekeeper to join our team at Gulf Breeze RV in Gulf Shores, AL. The priority of this role is the cleanliness and appearance of our cabins and park facilities, ensuring a welcoming, tidy, and comfortable environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, demonstrate attention to detail, and possess a strong work ethic.

We hire RVers who can live onsite. With your application, please include a note about your status as an RVer and your timing for being able to arrive at this location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning duties in common areas, restrooms, cabins, and other park facilities according to established standards.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
  • Stock and replenish supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, tissue, and coffee as needed.
  • Wash and dry dishes and flatware, remake or change beds as needed.
  • Assist with laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and towels.
  • Maintain a neat and organized housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a healthy environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and operate equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and reach overhead.
  • Capable of moving safely over uneven terrain.
